Brooklyn's Savoir Adore are nice, really nice, or at least that's how I see them being after listening to the glistening loveliness of first MySpace track 'Machines', which sees the boy/girl duo (I think, though their site seems to suggest more members) exchanging lines about talking like machines "with moving parts and electric dreams". It's saccharin indie of the best kind, with a radio friendly heart that's slightly jagged and odd at the edges, plus there's a great burst of rising post-rock guitar noises towards the end, a trick that never fails to excite. Releasing through MGMT's old imprint, Cantora Records, their interestingly-titled, homemade studio produced record, 'The Adventures Of Mr Pumpernickel And The Girl With Animals In Her Throat', is out now.

Thanks. I made a TINYURL for you for the rapid link because the length makes it break otherwise.

All you have to do is triple click any text for the rapidshare link. It will highlight the whole link, allowing no tinyurl needing to be made.

That's only true if everyone of your readers is using the same Browser/OS combo as you of course!
